About the Project
Energy efficiency upgrade for a multi-commodity cold storage in Ludhiana. Includes high-efficiency refrigeration and thermal insulation spray.
Cold storage facilities are notorious for high energy consumption. This project addresses the two main sources of inefficiency: heat gain through the building envelope and inefficient refrigeration cycles. We are applying high-density PUF insulation to the walls and roof and replacing old reciprocating compressors with high-efficiency semi-hermetic screw compressors.
